I experienced my first Reiki session about 18 years ago, and I appreciated the sense of peace and how balanced I felt afterward. Years later, I was observing a gentleman perform distance Reiki on horses where I volunteered and I knew the time was right to pursue my Reiki certification.
I am renting a therapy room at The Sacred Self in Cornish to work with clients in person, on select Sundays. And I'm also available Monday thru Friday from 4pm to 7pm for distance sessions.
Typical Session-
After a brief meet and greet, we will discuss what brought you in and answer any questions you may have. Then you'll lie down on the table, fully clothed, and I'll begin the Reiki energy work. We use the Infrared mat on the table in the office, with or without heat. This aids in the detox process. After the energy work is finished, we will discuss what you may have seen and felt during the session.
