Reiki Healing in Person



Depending on your preference, I will play soothing music to help blend with any background noise, blankets are available, etc. Once you are comfortably lying on the table, I'll center myself and we'll both take several deep, measured breaths and then I'll begin the session.

I'll begin at your head, transitioning through several hand positions, while using a soft touch, working to clear your crown and third eye chakras.  I'll continue to move down your body to clear your throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral and root chakras, ending with your feet.  This will complete the energy work and if time permits, we'll wrap it up with a discussion about what you've experienced.

How does Distance Reiki Work?

Since everything is made up of energy, this must mean that everything, and everyone is connected. Using this thinking, it would make sense that sending someone Reiki energy through healing sessions is entirely possible.

When training in Reiki healing, practitioners come to understand the power of the distance symbol. This symbol can be invoked by the practitioner who can send Reiki to anyone, anywhere and at any time to clear blockages from someone's past, as well as perform Reiki on someone who is not physically present. It allows the practitioner to link up to the energy field of the recipient by using a photo. Regardless of distance, the client will experience sensations such as increasing feelings of relaxation, happiness, empowerment, and ease.

 

What does distance Reiki healing feel like?

You may or may not immediately notice the effects of the treatment, however my clients report feeling everything from feelings of warmth, pulsing or tingling sensations in their body, and some see internal images/pictures in their mind.

Benefits of Reiki Healing?

Reiki is known to improve mental clarity, release stress and tension, manage pain and help with spiritual growth. Additionally, clients have experienced fewer side effects from anesthesia, radiation treatment and chemotherapy when receiving a series of Reiki treatments. Reiki is a perfect complement to traditional spiritual beliefs and professional medical care.
