"I want to take a moment and try to explain how wonderful a remote Reiki session is with Shanda. I have had a couple of remote sessions with Shanda. She explains everything about the process, which I appreciated as I didn't really understand energy work. I did not clarify why I wanted the first session. I had some leg pain, and I just wasn't sure how to make it better. During the session I could feel that a lot attention was on my left side, where the pain was. A few days after the session I thought that changing my workspace might help my leg pain. I did some research and found a couple items. My leg pain is now gone. If I understand the energy work I experienced, is the session helped me see my options. Also, the session itself felt good. It felt comforting and I was relaxed. Also, the convenience factor cannot be stressed enough. It was so easy. I set up the appointment, spoke with Shanda and then had the session. The most recent session was about some anxiety I was experiencing. After the session I felt calm, and open to the day rather than worrying about it. I would check out Reiki if you haven't done so. The remote sessions are better for me because of the travel time it takes to get anywhere.
